Citi Rewards Card: 4 miles (equivalent to 8% cashback) for online & offline purchases

The Citi Rewards Cards were made for those valuing the price of miles. The card is designed to provide benefits from both online and offline purchases. The returns from every purchase you make can be used to buy you excellent deals on flights.

Is there a welcome benefit?

The Citi Rewards Card has one of the most impressive welcome benefits on the market. If you spend S$3,000 in your first three months after signing up you can receive 30,000 Citi ThankYou points. To put this into perspective, your combined miles will be enough for you to buy a flight to the Maldives.

Can anyone apply and benefit from the Citi Rewards Card welcome?

The welcome bonus is only for those who are not existing Citi credit card users at the time of signing up for a Citi Rewards Card. Once you have a Citi Reward Card you will be able to sign up for a credit card as well.

Where can the ThankYou points be used?

All of the ThankYou points earned can be used either to offset bills or to exchange for items. You can use your points to redeem vouchers with which you can get different products, including apparel, electronics, watches, and Apple products, or can be used in Restaurants.

Alternatively, you can use your points to offset bills for booking hotels, car rentals, cruises, online & physical stores, at gas stations, and statement credits.

How long are the ThankYou points active?

The ThankYou points are valid for 5 years from the day of the first point being earned. This allows users to take their time and gather as many points as they would need for their purchases.

Who is this card for?

This card is designed to work for everyone, but it is those who tend to make online purchases for transport or shopping that will see the greater benefits from using it.

How does the card work?

The card mainly works through the 10X Rewards program. Purchases from stores participating in this program will result in your points being multiplied by 10. This means that you could earn 10 points for every $1 spent.
